Sr Network Engineer (Day Shift)

Overview

Sr. Network Engineer providing L3/L4 network engineering, operations, and support for global enterprise environments, primarily for international locations.

What you'll do

• Provide L3/L4 support for enterprise network infrastructure for global users and business-critical applications.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network incidents, performance issues, and outages across international locations.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.
• Support 24x7 operations through on-call rotations for global coverage.
• Design, configure, and support routing and switching environments using enterprise-grade technologies.
• Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network environments and related security components.
• Implement and support Cloud WAN/SD-WAN and cloud networking on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise switching and routing platforms.
• Experience with Cloud WAN and SD-WAN technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network segmentation.
• Network monitoring/management tools experience (SNMP, NetFlow, NMS platforms).
