Sr. Oracle Developer

Overview

Senior Oracle Developer role supporting Oracle Applications production and new enhancement requests, working in global Agile teams.

What you'll do

• Work on production support and new enhancement requests in parallel.
• Monitor individual queues, update tickets per SLA, work with stakeholders to take tickets forward and provide effective resolution.
• Maintain a stable and accurate Oracle Applications production instance.
• Analyze functional documents using standard methodologies to develop technical design specifications.
• Develop technical designs considering scalability, performance and architecture.
• Deliver solutions meeting the highest quality standards and follow quality and SDLC processes, suggesting improvements.
• Hands-on development across Oracle EBS modules and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues using analytical skills.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX and Oracle ADF.
• Hands-on development experience on various technologies and modules related to Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of OAF/ADF.
• Good understanding of web technologies and Oracle Fusion Technology.
• Technologies: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms 6i, Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, Migrations, Custom PLL.
• SCM modules: Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory.
• Oracle Applications architecture-level experience.
• Experience working in production support projects.
• Typically requires 10–12 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Works under pressure and manages competing priorities.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-driven, bottom-line oriented, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.

Nice to have

• Experience working in global Agile teams.
• Exposure to AR and TCA.

• Full-time position.
