Sr. Platform Architect

Overview

Sr. Platform Architect responsible for enterprise platform strategy and governance, defining standards and guiding architectural decisions to ensure scalability and consistency.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain platform vision and strategy aligned to enterprise IT and business objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance to keep designs aligned with platform standards and leading practices.
• Shape governance frameworks for instance strategy, integrations, and data models.
• Facilitate platform governance forums to drive consistent decisions across teams and partners.
• Anticipate and mitigate platform risks including scalability, performance, and technical debt.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Proven experience engaging at executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
• Track record of defining enterprise-scale architectures and governance models.
• Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and delivery governance.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly desirable.

• Travel up to 50% annually may be expected.
