Overview
Own product direction for enterprise CMS, MarTech, content, and digital-experience capabilities. Translate customer and business problems into roadmaps, backlogs, measurable outcomes, and scalable customer-facing experiences.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and team backlogs.
- Drive integrated products and solutions from concept through launch across Agile teams.
- Lead headless CMS authoring, publishing, modernization, and content-delivery capabilities.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Platform, Marketing, Digital, Security, Architecture, and Customer Operations teams.
- Define KPIs, instrumentation, experimentation, and evaluation frameworks.
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters in scaled Agile delivery.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years managing product backlogs, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
- Experience delivering or modernizing CMS, content, or digital-experience products.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS concepts and content workflows.
- Experience with scaled Agile or SAFe environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent formal training.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- CSPO or SAFe POPM certification.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Fusion, CMS/DAM, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with secure MCP servers, agentic integrations on AWS, customer graphs, marketing consent, or cookie management.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled capabilities or automation.

- Location: India.
- Work onsite approximately 3 days per week and as required by the business.
