Overview
Serve as the customer proxy and senior Product Owner for MarTech Orchestration, Activation & Measurement products. Drive integrated capabilities connecting content, campaigns, customer data, and performance insights across enterprise platforms and multiple Agile teams.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritize team backlogs, roadmaps, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive integrated product solutions from concept through launch across multiple Agile teams.
- Translate customer and user intent into measurable outcomes, KPIs, and evaluation criteria.
- Oversee design, construction, implementation, and functionality of integrated solutions.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, customer experience, risk, and dependencies.
- Coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters on backlog management and Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Digital stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 5–7 years of relevant work-related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
- Advanced experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience delivering enterprise products or solutions through business analysis, project management, or software development.
- Ability to understand technical issues across multiple business systems.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex tasks, risks, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Adobe Workfront, AEM, Fusion, Adobe Experience Cloud, or enterprise CMS platforms.
- Experience with MarTech, digital experience, content supply chain, customer journeys, or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing, automation, agentic workflows, or AI evaluation and measurement.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe product delivery environments.
- Experience mentoring Product Owners and Scrum Masters across multiple Agile teams.
