Overview

Drive demand intake, business engagement, backlog management, prioritization, program governance, executive communications, adoption tracking, and value realization across the Conversational AI and Generative AI portfolio, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, the AI Product Lead, Technical Architect, and Security & Governance teams.

What you'll do

• Drive demand intake and business engagement for the Conversational AI and Generative AI portfolio.
• Manage the backlog and prioritization of AI initiatives.
• Run program governance and executive communications.
• Track adoption and value realization.
• Ensure AI initiatives are aligned to business objectives and delivered successfully.

What you'll need

• Good years of Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management experience.
• Experience in requirement gathering, including running workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Good years managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Good years working on Conversational AI, Automation, Copilot, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations.
• Proven experience managing AI demand pipelines, roadmaps, release planning, and prioritization processes.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive committees.
• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Project Management, Risk Management, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Storytelling.
• English language proficiency: Proficient, C2.

Nice to have

• Preferred: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
• Highly preferred: Microsoft Certified Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), or Microsoft Applied Skills: Build Generative AI Solutions.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional is listed under qualifications certifications.
