Sr. Representative, Operations

Overview

Sr. Representative, Operations role at Concentrix supporting data labeling programs, defining label sets, and reviewing customer interactions across text and audio.

What you'll do

• Define a "Golden Set" of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project-by-project basis.
• Complete assigned data labeling tasks in line with productivity and quality targets, defined per project.
• Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.
• Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.
• Work on projects that may involve listening to or reading case summaries and making annotations on quality across text and audio formats.

What you'll need

• Required experience as a data labeler; open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Experience in data labeling, ideally supporting similar programs in the relevant language.
• Proficient in FLP, minimum B2 level.
• Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, with strong analytical thinking and an aptitude for root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented.
• High-performing individual with a dedication to excellence and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• 2 years of experience as a data labeler.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in customer service, data research, or data analysis roles.
