Sr. Requirement Engineer, AVP

Overview

Sr. Requirement Engineer (AVP) for the lending department within Private Bank Germany, supporting mortgage and consumer loan lifecycle and securitization solutions.

What you'll do

• Capture, describe, and manage requirements according to team quality standards.
• Bridge client needs and the technical delivery team across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the voice of the client during development and delivery.
• Liaise with business, operations, and IT delivery teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support QAT, SIT, and UAT and prepare analysis deliverables by project deadlines.
• Participate in L3 production support activities and mediate/resolve issues as they arise.

What you'll need

• Demonstrable experience in business process modelling, use case/user story writing, and data modelling.
• Experience using UML standards in analysis work.
• Experience with projects requiring data analysis, including SQL.
• Comfort working across a full project life cycle from initiation to delivery.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Degree-level education.

Nice to have

• Previous financial domain experience, especially in lending.
• Experience with agile methodology.
• Swagger definition knowledge.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and HPLM.
• Experience identifying and documenting client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity with responsible judgment.
