Requirement Engineer, AVP

Overview

Requirement Engineer (AVP) supporting the lending department within Private Bank Germany, covering mortgage and consumer loans and related securitization solutions. The role bridges client needs and the technical delivery team across the software delivery lifecycle, including L3 production support.

What you'll do

• Capture and describe requirements to team quality standards.
• Identify cost-effective solutions to business problems.
• Act as the client voice throughout the development process.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, and the IT delivery team to ensure delivery.
• Support QAT, SIT, and UAT activities.
• Prepare analysis deliverables within project deadlines.
• Meditate and resolve issues as they arise.

What you'll need

• Demonstrable experience across business analysis activities such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, and data modelling.
• Use of UML standards in analysis work.
• Experience working on projects requiring data analysis including SQL.
• Comfort working across a full project life cycle from initiation through delivery.
• Experience identifying and documenting client technical needs, structures, procedures, workflows, and systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with clients and vendors.

Nice to have

• Previous financial domain experience, especially in lending.
• Understanding of financial products.
• Experience with agile methodology.
• Swagger definition knowledge.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and HPLM.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows with responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
