Requirement Engineering - Lead

Overview

Requirement Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end OTA feature development and cross-functional alignment for next-generation OTA platforms.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Run agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Bridge stakeholder needs and technical execution by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting system specifications.
• Coordinate with security and compliance teams to uphold data security and privacy standards.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to improve the platform continuously.
• Manage rollout planning, pilot testing phases, and rollout impact analysis.

What you'll need

• 10 years of requirements engineering experience (listed as “Technical Expertise – 10 yrs”).
• Strong good requirement writing for OTA (Over-the-Air) update systems.
• Knowledge of OTA update system architecture.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs design/management.
• Understanding of security standards for OTA updates (encryption, signing, authentication).
• Experience with OTA software update protocols (HTTP(S), MQTT).
• Use of requirement management/agile tools including Jira and Confluence.
