Sr. Salesforce Developer

Overview

Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for implementing Salesforce projects end to end, from understanding customer business needs through designing, developing, QA and launching solutions, and contributing to NeuraFlash's internal product.

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers and Solution Architects to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Architect solutions and develop in Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex and Flows
• Build integrations between Salesforce and ERPs and external systems
• Lead junior developers to ensure solid delivery and team cohesion
• Quickly acquire new Salesforce technical expertise and latest feature launches, and train and mentor the team on them
• Contribute to building major components of the internal product used to package solutions

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development capacity, largely with LWC and Apex
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree, or equivalent experience
• Experience on multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and original code development
• Experience implementing new Salesforce deployments
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Hands-on experience writing code in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and Flows
• Experience with Web Services concepts such as REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
• Attention to detail, strong team player, great communication skills, open-minded and flexible to change

Nice to have

• Experience implementing new Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud deployments
• Any Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II
• Understanding of Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-Ins
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript technologies such as Node, Angular, React

Details

• Remote - United States, with the option to work from the HQ in Massachusetts or a regional hub
• Anticipated travel commitment of up to 25% for certain roles
