Sr. Software Engineer

Overview

Build and enhance end-to-end digital solutions as a senior software engineer, developing scalable applications and resolving complex technical problems across global and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable applications using .NET and modern web frameworks.
• Resolve critical production issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Lead technical designs across application, interface, and data layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software features.
• Improve engineering practices, technology adoption, and delivery efficiency.
• Champion code quality through standards, reviews, testing, and maintainable design.
• Mentor team members and strengthen technical capability.

What you'll need

• 9–11 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong .NET experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and APIs.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building and troubleshooting scalable multi-layer applications.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of unit testing, DevOps, agile delivery, and software estimation.

Nice to have

• Computer science or related technical degree.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and modern deployment practices.
• Experience with Blazor, GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, Python, Next.js, or Tableau.
• Experience mentoring others and evaluating emerging technologies.
