Sr. Software Engineer, Activations (MANTL)

Overview

Build the core experiences of both bank administrators and bank customers, including streamlined user flows, robust APIs, and integrations with third-party software such as Plaid or Sendgrid.

What you'll do

• Craft streamlined user flows for bank administrators and bank customers.
• Build robust APIs.
• Integrate with third-party software such as Plaid or Sendgrid.
• Provide technical guidance, suggestions, and code reviews for teammates.

What you'll need

• 6+ years professional experience with front end technologies (JavaScript, React, Vue, etc.).
• Exposure to backend services (NodeJS, NestJS).
• Well versed with REST APIs.
• Experience working in an agile SCRUM environment.
• Well versed with domain driven design.
• Well versed with microservice architecture.
• Comfortable and experienced with system design, and able to write, speak, and advocate for architectural opinions.
• Writes clean, thoroughly documented, and well-tested code, with an eye for long term viability and performance.
• Places emphasis on error-handling, logging, and edge cases for every service written.
• Enjoys breaking down complex product asks into elegant solutions.

Details

• Location: US Remote.
• Work mode: Remote-first; the role can be remote in the US.
• Salary range: $132,000 - $165,000.
• Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment. Employment sponsorship is not offered at this time.
