Sr. Specialist - F&A - FP&A 4C

Overview

Senior Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A) focused on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), owning AOP and monthly forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis, and scenario modelling.

What you'll do

• Drive AOP and monthly forecasting of revenue and cost lines, including SG&A, IT and STIP, and track them through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Track, analyse and report financial performance through Flash reporting, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance.
• Provide weekly updates from Divisions, SC and SG&A.
• Support division finance and other verticals with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis, and manage multiple stakeholders on the metrics reporting for the relevant process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to consolidate forecasts and AOP.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports with thoughtful and meaningful analysis.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior-year revenue and expenses, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the team with ad-hoc scenario building using financial models.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and optimization opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Business Analysis, Critical Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), Data Analytics, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), General Ledger (GL), Microsoft Office.
• English language proficiency, Proficient (C2) (required).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI).
