Overview

Sr. Specialist in HRO Employee Lifecycle Management, responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle processes at Genpact.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive employee lifecycle strategies, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
• Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Oversee training and development initiatives to foster employee growth, skills enhancement, and career progression.
• Facilitate performance management activities, aligning them with organizational objectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and organizational standards throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee engagement.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Required skills: Human Resources Operations, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Workday HCM.
• English Language Proficiency - Elementary (A2).
