Senior individual contributor delivering advanced analytics and decision-support solutions, including complex data analysis, statistical modeling, KPI measurement and business performance assessments.

What you'll do

• Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, KPI measurement, and business performance assessments.
• Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visualization assets to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for operational and business improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, documentation, and adherence to analytical standards.
• Support junior analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute reusable analytical assets, templates, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science.
• Certified Data Management Professional - Riversand, Informatica Certified Administrator - Informatica, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Protection, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Microsoft SQL Server, People Leadership, Project Management, Risk Management, Storytelling.
