Sr. Specialist, Software Engineering

Overview

Sr. Specialist, Software Engineering (Full-Stack Engineer) designing, developing, and maintaining secure, efficient, reliable software systems. Role includes end-to-end implementation, mentoring peers, and contributing to engineering standards in an Agile/global setting.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain complex applications and software configurations with global cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate to define functional and non-functional requirements and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and help resolve complex technical problems.
• Create and document designs for full-stack software applications/components (front-end, back-end, APIs, data storage).
• Use DevOps practices such as Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring/observability to automate delivery.
• Build and integrate UI, APIs, and data solutions using the supported technology stack.
• Plan, execute, and release solutions in an Agile setup with global teams.

What you'll need

• 7-11 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Python web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, HTTP, and REST APIs.
• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
• Backend experience with Java, .NET, and/or Golang.
• SQL and relational database design plus practical query optimisation.
• AWS cloud experience building and operating services with security and compliance practices.
• DevOps skills including Git, CI/CD, containers (Docker), and infrastructure as code.
