Sr.Staff Backend Engineer

Overview

Senior Staff Backend Engineer responsible for designing distributed systems and building scalable products for e-commerce experiences.

What you'll do

• Drive architecture and system design quality.
• Define roadmaps and vision for scalable product growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build open, extensible platforms.
• Lead mission-critical projects with stakeholders and engineers.
• Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions.
• Investigate and resolve critical system issues.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of software design and development experience.
• Experience with Java and Python.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying highly available scalable systems.
• Large-scale system architecture and development experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing.
• Experience developing container-based testing environments.
• Experience with Java, IntelliJ, and Spring.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Hybrid work model with at least 2 office days per week.
• Work from home up to 3 days per week, depending on role requirements.
