Sr Staff DFT Engineer - NPU/AI Processor

Overview

Sr Staff DFT Engineer for NPU/AI Processor work in hardware test/verification, including DFT planning, scan insertion, ATPG, coverage, and test mode timing fixes.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems for product development.
• Perform DFT activities including scan insertion, ATPG, and coverage analysis.
• Conduct transition delay test coverage analysis and provide test-related feedback.
• Define test mode timing constraints and apply corrective actions for timing violations.
• Simulate test vectors.
• Run DFT checks including equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in RTL lint and ATPG tools.

What you'll need

• Minimum 11+ years experience in ASIC/DFT.
• In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts.
• Hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, and coverage/transition delay analysis.
• Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and timing violation fixes.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and shell.
• Knowledge of equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in tools such as spyglass and Tessent/TK/TetraMax.
