Overview

Serve as a technical leader for Kubernetes platform engineering, shaping cloud-native platform strategy and building large-scale systems that improve software delivery, reliability, security, and developer productivity.

What you'll do

• Define technical vision for Kubernetes and cloud-native platform capabilities.
• Design and evolve large-scale Kubernetes platforms and reusable platform services.
• Develop automation tooling, operator frameworks, and developer self-service capabilities.
• Lead CI/CD, DevOps, SDLC, deployment automation, and release management initiatives.
• Drive reliability engineering, incident analysis, observability, and operational improvements.
• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs and influence engineering roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders across the organization.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years building cloud-native, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expertise in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing production-grade distributed systems and operating Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes extensions, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, and public cloud platforms.
• Experience leading organization-wide technical initiatives and complex engineering programs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and operating Internal Developer Platforms.
• Experience with multi-cluster Kubernetes, service meshes, observability, and platform security.
• Experience leading cloud modernization or platform transformation initiatives.
• Contributions to open-source or cloud-native communities.
