Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer role focused on designing, building, testing, deploying, operating, and maintaining complex software systems. You’ll lead projects and mentor junior engineers while contributing to high-impact solutions used by enterprises and users worldwide.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain complex software systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code for software applications and systems.
• Collaborate on design and deployment to meet quality and performance standards.
• Manage execution and delivery of features and projects with agreed priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in architectural design reviews to support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review code from other engineers and enforce best practices and coding guidelines.
• Define and automate tests using tools such as JUnit and Selenium.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more languages such as C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
• Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and issue tracking like Jira.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
