Sr. Stat Programmer

Overview

Sr. Stat Programmer responsible for statistical programming for multiple projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and supporting clinical trial data analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead statistical programming activities for multiple projects to ensure deliverable data integrity.
• Develop and validate datasets and outputs using SAS, following CDISC standards such as ADaM and SDTM.
• Oversee and mentor junior statistical programmers with guidance and training.
• Collaborate across departments to align programming tasks with project timelines and objectives.
• Develop and implement programming solutions for clinical trial data analysis with regulatory compliance.
• Review and validate statistical programming work to maintain quality and compliance with guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison between data management, biostatistics, and other departments for integration of activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to support clinical trials and data analysis projects.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for complex data issues.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for communication and mentoring.
• Proficiency in statistical software tools.
