Sr Web Developer (Webflow)

Overview

Senior Web Developer (Webflow) to lead Webflow development from a Bengaluru office, combining hands-on build work with technical leadership for the India web team.

What you'll do

• Own Webflow site technical architecture including CMS structure and third-party API/app integrations.
• Translate Figma mockups into responsive, accessible, high-performance Webflow pages.
• Manage Webflow hosting, staging, versioning, and publishing workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues including custom interactions and animations (Webflow tools or GSAP).
• Enforce SEO, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/device compatibility best practices.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Marketo forms/landing pages and tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Marketo Munchkin).
• Lead India web day-to-day work, reviews/QA, and coordination with the US-based Digital Experience lead.

What you'll need

• 6–9 years of web development experience.
• At least 3 years building and maintaining production sites in Webflow.
• At least 2 years in a senior/lead/management capacity overseeing other developers/designers.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including Webflow custom code embeds).
• Experience integrating/troubleshooting Marketo (or comparable marketing automation) on a website.
• Experience implementing tracking and analytics tags including GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser/device testing.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India (office).
• Hands-on role with coordination with US-based Digital Experience lead and overlap with US business hours at least a few days each week.
