Overview

Build and scale AI-powered features that help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data. The role focuses on production software, LLM- and agent-powered workflows, experimentation, and cross-functional product delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop high-performance AI features for incident detection, triage, and resolution.
• Prototype, test, ship, and evolve LLM- and agent-powered workflows.
• Integrate agentic components with tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers.
• Use AI and automation tools in product development workflows.
• Own scalable and maintainable AI solutions aligned with user workflows.

What you'll need

• Experience building production backend or full-stack software systems.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
• A track record of delivering software actively used by users.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using observability tools to troubleshoot system behavior.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or similar deployment tooling.
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience building observability tooling.

• Remote opportunity for applicants in Canada time zones.
• Base compensation is CAD 186,368–230,000.
