Overview

Staff AI Engineer responsible for building and delivering AI solutions for observability, including incident detection, triage, and resolution using observability data.

What you'll do

• Develop high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
• Prototype, test, and validate AI/LLM or agent-powered workflows with real users for incident lifecycle management tasks.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features and integrations.
• Use AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and personal development workflows.
• Take full ownership of AI solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.

What you'll need

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building GenAI-powered applications.
• A proven track record of delivering production software used by users.
• Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
• Solid experience building production software systems (backend and/or full stack).
• Comfort iterating quickly via releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating.
