Staff Engineer Photolithography to tackle lithography scribe challenges for memory devices and support the photolithography team.

What you'll do

• Model to support optical simulation related to scribe mark.
• Provide mark design recommendations for scribe-related overlay.
• Identify root causes for sophisticated photolithography problems.
• Define and lead projects to close photolithography performance gaps for memory and storage nodes.
• Understand overlay technology challenges and establish plans for N, N+1, and N+2 nodes.
• Work with vendor application teams to improve overlay scribe.
• Summarize plans, experimental progress, and conclusions in written reports.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of photolithography.
• Understanding of optics.
• Understanding of the principles of photolithography and optical metrology.
• Knowledge of how lens aberrations, scanner chuck differences, and process variations affect overlay.
• Understanding of alignment and overlay marks.
• Ability to apply digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
