Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (CMDB & ATF)

Overview

Staff Engineer to design and maintain ServiceNow automated quality engineering for CMDB and ATF, including testing, validation, and defect management.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
• Validate ServiceNow functionality across releases, enhancements, and configurations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Ensure CMDB data quality and support data hygiene initiatives.
• Validate Asset Management, Compliance, Auditing, and Security Control processes.
• Test and validate integrations with third-party applications using APIs/integration approaches.
• Support ServiceNow upgrade and clone activities, including impact assessment and post-upgrade testing.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing and QA processes.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, and data hygiene best practices.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and core functionalities.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management processes/modules.
• Experience testing integrations with third-party applications (REST APIs, SOAP services, or Integration Hub).
