Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (ITSM & Scripting)

Overview

Staff Engineer for ServiceNow covering ITSM implementation, scripting, and integration development.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for business/customer requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and platform capabilities.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Implement and maintain ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Support upgrades, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize platform performance and stability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in an Agile delivery environment.

What you'll need

• 5.5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization, and development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications).
• ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications using App Engine.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and best practices.
• CSA certification plus any two ServiceNow Mainline Certifications is mandatory.
