Staff Product Designer

Overview

Join Outreach's India-based Managed Services team to build customers' AI Agents beyond implementation, opening new use cases and growing Amplify credit and product consumption across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of the most strategic accounts and guide customers through best practices and hands-on configuration to drive outcomes and deepen adoption.
• Open new use cases and grow Amplify credit and product consumption, with a focus on supporting renewal rates and minimizing churn and contraction.
• Stay technically fluent in Outreach's evolving capabilities, including AI, to configure and troubleshoot in real time.
• Drive adoption, flag risk, and grow usage as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Mix technology and business consulting with solution design and project management.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Account Executives, build rapport fast, and influence customer outcomes.
• Manage a book of business with an average QoQ utilization rate of 70% against Managed Services KPIs.

Details

• Remote role, based in Hyderabad.
• Occasional in-person or team events may be requested, held during local IST hours.
• Customer-facing role requiring working US-based hours, with a night-shift allowance provided.
• Reports to a Practice Manager, Managed Services.
