Staff Product Validation Engineer

Overview

Staff Product Validation Engineer responsible for end-to-end system-level validation of SSD/storage platforms across internal and customer programs.

What you'll do

• Own system-level validation strategy for SSD platforms across FVT/DVT/SVT and customer qualification.
• Define and drive end-to-end test plans for performance, reliability, corner cases, stress, and long-duration workloads.
• Lead system bring-up, platform configuration, and debug across OEM and hyperscaler environments.
• Conduct deep-dive failure triage and root-cause analysis across firmware, hardware, drivers, OS, and test infrastructure.
• Drive issue resolution using data-backed analysis and cross-team collaboration.
• Serve as technical authority for system verification sign-off readiness and risk assessment.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in SoC or IP verification.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong system validation/design verification experience for storage or complex compute platforms.
• Deep understanding of PCIe, NVMe, and SSD architectures.
• Experience with qualification environments (OEM/hyperscaler/enterprise).
• Hands-on debug using logs, traces, protocol analyzers, and system instrumentation.
• Solid scripting/automation exposure (Python, Bash, or equivalent).
