Staff Quality & Reliability Engineer

Overview

Staff Quality & Reliability Engineer to oversee and sustain product quality across the lifecycle, driving customer-centric quality decisions and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Oversee product quality from PRD creation through production handover and sustaining phases.
• Define and review product quality criteria and milestones for development and sustaining phases.
• Perform quality risk assessments on internal and external JIRAs and identify vulnerabilities.
• Run post-mortem reviews and analyze lessons learned on quality challenges.
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies using risk management frameworks such as FMEA.
• Participate in engineering processes including PRD, DFx, qualification syncs, test plans, and RDT.
• Identify process inefficiencies across the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and collaborate to implement improvements.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of certified professional experience in development/manufacturing/customer quality, design, or semiconductor engineering.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic based Engineering.
• Thorough understanding of Product Life Cycle and process-gap identification.
• Exposure to factory processes and hands-on work is stated as an advantage.
