Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Staff Site Reliability Engineer role focused on designing long-term reliability and scalability standards for an AWS-based healthcare platform.

What you'll do

• Lead the long-term vision for an AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Architect global observability standards using DataDog.
• Optimize CI/CD and automation using Jenkins.
• Set standards for Kubernetes efficiency, security, and deployments.
• Partner with security teams to ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.
• Serve as escalation for complex system failures and lead incident post-mortems.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll need

• 10–13+ years of experience in SRE or Cloud Architecture.
• Deep technical mastery of AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, and S3.
• Professional-level fluency in Kubernetes, DataDog, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Expert-level scripting in Python and Bash to build internal tools and platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical vision to executives and conduct deep-dive architectural reviews.
• Ability to align technical skills to modernize healthcare.
