Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead complex, large-scale engineering initiatives and drive technology solutions with broad impact.

What you'll do

• Lead complex technology initiatives with broad companywide impact.
• Develop standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs.
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
• Lead projects/teams or serve as a peer mentor.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience/training/military/education).
• Deep expertise in Golang and/or Python or Dot Net.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, container orchestration, and production operations.
• Extensive experience with public cloud platforms and cloud architecture patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
