Overview

Engineer, NCT at Deutsche Bank focused on DevOps for a strategic FX settlement platform. You’ll design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, including infrastructure provisioning and release reliability.

What you'll do

• Design and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Provision and manage environments using infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Maintain 15+ non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT) aligned to production configurations.
• Debug infrastructure- and deployment-related issues with development and QA teams.
• Analyze production and UAT incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Integrate vulnerability scanning and compliance checks into deployment pipelines.
• Provide L3 support for PROD and UAT issues with timely stakeholder communication.

What you'll need

• 1+ year experience with tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions/workflows.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker and understanding of Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Good exposure to infrastructure as code/configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid Linux/Unix foundation and basic SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in GitHub Actions/workflows.
