Job description
Overview
Engineer III software role on CrowdStrike’s global TechOps CI/CD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Create self-service tools and frameworks to reduce developer toil.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services.
- Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices for pipeline creation and optimization.
What you'll need
- Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (Python, Java, Groovy, or Go).
- 6+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including container orchestration.
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns.
- SCM experience with advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, GitLab).
