Engineer II

Overview

Engineer II in the Bridges team, delivering design and assessment services for highway and railway projects from Bengaluru on multidisciplinary offshore projects.

What you'll do

• Design and assess bridges and associated civil structures.
• Maintain technical quality standards.
• Deliver projects to time and budget.
• Liaise with Canada-based customers.
• Lead a small team and mentor junior engineers.
• Review junior team members' work for technical quality and compliance.
• Provide design inputs to BIM technicians and coordinate with engineering disciplines.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant engineering consultancy experience focused on bridge engineering and civil structures.
• Experience across preliminary, concept, and detailed infrastructure design stages.
• Proficiency with CSiBridge and MIDAS.
• Experience designing reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, structural steel, and composite bridges.
• Understanding of soil-structure interaction and seismic analysis and design.
• Experience preparing technical reports, design calculations, specifications, and related documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
