Staff Software Engineer role focused on building and improving complex software systems, including technical leadership and service quality ownership.

What you'll do

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for software applications and systems.
• Drive technical strategy and vision for major projects, aligning with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software projects on time and within budget.
• Architect and design complex software systems with performance, scalability, and reliability in mind.
• Ensure service health and quality by proactively identifying issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and take ownership through production development and maintenance.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in .NET technologies, with minimum 8 years hands-on .NET experience.
• Extensive experience with software architecture and design patterns in a DevOps model.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and version control (GitHub).
• Ability to build telemetry/observability as part of the development process.
