Staff Software Engineer

Overview

Staff Software Engineer providing technical leadership to design and build scalable, high-performance systems.

What you'll do

• Lead development of complex software solutions aligned to architectural direction and business objectives.
• Design large-scale system components with scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional leaders to turn business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Guide engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams.
• Investigate system-wide issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution strategies.
• Mentor and coach engineers to support career growth and engineering maturity.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and modern development tools/frameworks.
• Strong skills in system performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
