Overview

Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Java-based systems for Business Banking in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic programs of work including proof-of-concept development.
• Lead complex engineering initiatives across the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, consultancy, and ownership of technical assets.
• Mentor and upskill engineers across squads and lead troubleshooting.
• Support reliable operation of systems via On-Call rosters and critical issue resolution.

What you'll need

• 11-14 years of experience delivering Java solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Docker experience.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and OpenAPI specs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB (NoSQL).
• AWS experience and mandatory DevOps/CI/CD and full cycle engineering.
