Staff Software Engineer (Python, AI)

Overview

Staff Software Engineer role focused on building scalable full-stack applications, backend services, and microservices using Python and related technologies.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable applications and services using Python.
• Build frontend applications using React, Streamlit, or HTML.
• Develop and integrate APIs and microservices using REST, gRPC, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Build and deploy applications using CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Contribute to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled applications and agentic solutions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google ADK, OpenAI SDK, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience building MCP servers or agentic solutions.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development.
