Overview

Staff Software Engineer for Security & Privacy, a platform capability within the Multi-Product Platform division of Abnormal AI.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional Security & Privacy initiatives.
• Define and deliver the Security & Privacy roadmap for a two-year horizon.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders on roadmap planning.
• Mentor and grow the next generation of Tech Leads and raise the technical bar.

What you'll need

• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and large-scale system design.
• Hands-on experience with product security.
• Demonstrated track record owning end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple domains including infrastructure, data platform, and machine learning.
• Contributions to open-source projects, engineering blogs, or industry standards.
