Staff SW Engineer- Java Full stack with GenAI experience

Overview

Staff Software Engineer role focused on building Java full-stack and GenAI-enabled distributed systems, APIs, and scalable payment technology.

What you'll do

• Design code and systems for scalable, secure, and reusable software.
• Collaborate across functions to create design artifacts and software solutions.
• Develop robust products for merchants, business-to-business, and government customers.
• Improve product quality, services, and new business flows in agile squads.
• Build payment, transaction platform, real-time payment, and Buy Now Pay Later technology.
• Analyze bugs and use debugging tools to verify assumptions.

What you'll need

• 7.5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience designing distributed microservices and highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and SAML.
• Experience with SQL databases, Unix/Linux, Kafka, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models and serving LLMs in production systems.
