Staff Sw Systems Engineer

Overview

Staff Software Systems Engineer role working on networking products across the full product life cycle.

What you'll do

• Gain exposure to the entire Product Life Cycle.
• Develop and debug code in Golang or C.
• Work within an Agile development model using CI/CD, Jenkins pipelines and Git.

What you'll need

• BTech in Computer and Information Science.
• Strong coding and debugging experience using Golang or C.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS, data structures and IPC mechanisms, including understanding of multi-threading/routines.
• Working knowledge of Agile development with CI/CD, Jenkins pipeline and Git environment.
• Working knowledge of OpenConfig NETCONF/GNMI/GRPC.
• Proficiency in L2/L3 OSI layer protocols: LACP, LAGs, BGP, BFD, EVPN, MPLS/VPLS, ARP, L2 switching and L3 routing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro services-based architecture.
• Working experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s) cluster and Helm charts.
