Supervisor, Operations

Overview

Supervise and manage Records and Information Management (RIM) operations across 4–5 warehouse sites, ensuring compliance with established processes and statutory audit requirements while leading a team of Operations Executives and outsourced vendors.

What you'll do

• Oversee core RIM activities, including retrieval, scanning, and racking, across 4–5 facilities while optimizing manpower to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facility scorecards by analyzing complex data through Management Information Systems (MIS) and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Direct a combined team of in-house staff and outsourced vendors to strictly maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs).
• Resolve client escalations effectively.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in team leadership.
• At least 3–5 years specifically managing multiple operational sites within the logistics or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Records and Information Management (RIM) specialization.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
• Proven ability in analytical thinking.
• Proven ability in vendor management.
• Proven ability in executing complex projects such as facility consolidations and migrations.
• A Graduate degree is required.

Nice to have

• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations.
