Overview
Manage inbound supply chain and cross-border logistics (Canada–US) for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and system-led execution across SAP/WMS.
What you'll do
- Coordinate inbound raw material logistics from Vancouver Port to Chilliwack with a 3PL provider.
- Manage drayage, customs clearance, container scheduling, and receiving capacity to reduce congestion, dwell time, and demurrage risk.
- Own outbound finished goods distribution to U.S. copackers and align with HQ.
- Ensure accurate cross-border customs documentation and proactively prevent border delays via audits and KPI tracking.
- Serve as business owner for supply chain processes in SAP and WMS, ensuring master data and inventory management controls.
- Build inventory planning and execution for a new plant, including FEFO compliance, cycle counting, and OTIF planning.
What you'll need
- Have 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain/planning/cross-border shipments/3PL management.
- Have experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems.
- Have demonstrated experience with cross-border Canada–U.S. logistics.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customs documentation and compliance for Europe and North America.
- Have proven ability to build and lead teams in startup or change environments.
Nice to have
- Have greenfield/plant startup experience and direct involvement in project-to-operations handover.
- Have APICS/CSCP/PMP or similar certification.
- Have exposure to Vancouver Port or similar high-volume ports.
- Have premix, food, ingredients, or regulated manufacturing background.
Details
- Annual base salary range: $110,000 to $120,000.
- Eligible for an annual bonus under Red Bull’s bonus plan.
- Role is in Canada (Vancouver Port and Chilliwack referenced).
