  • Develop and refresh dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide visibility into forecast performance, inventory levels and key KPIs.
  • Assist in the monthly S&OP cycle by preparing pre-meeting data packs, updating scenario models and tracking action items.
  • Ensure timely communication of forecast changes and support alignment between demand, supply and finance teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and safety stock parameters, providing inputs for replenishment planning.
  • Support analysis of stock-outs, excess inventory and service level performance to recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to gather input, validate assumptions and ensure alignment of demand plans with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on planning tools, methodologies and industry best practices, and actively participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums.

What you'll need

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in demand planning) within Retail, CPG, or similar industries.
