Support Engineer, Macro Technology

Overview

Support the Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Macro trading applications.

What you'll do

• Support Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows.
• Monitor system stability and performance and troubleshoot system or data issues.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and system changes for Macro position systems access.
• Configure account rollups and instrument setups for accurate analytics.
• Investigate and improve processes and tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent future problems.

What you'll need

• Training in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience supporting Macro trading business.
• Prior experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or similar systems.
• Proficient SQL query skills.
• Proficient coding or scripting skills (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Batch).
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server.
