Support Engineer, SAP FICO (Evergreen)

Overview

Provide remote support for mission-critical SAP applications, focusing on SAP Finance and Controlling and related modules. Diagnose complex issues, develop fixes, and advise global clients in integrated SAP environments.

What you'll do

• Solve complex customer issues through methodical SAP troubleshooting.
• Provide functional support and training for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Research, diagnose, test, package, and deliver application fixes.
• Develop scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
• Advise assigned accounts as a technical and functional partner.
• Collaborate with virtual teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing tools.
• Support a 24x7x365 organization with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of relevant SAP experience, including SAP FICO.
• At least 5 years supporting application end users in a corporate environment.
• Experience with SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC configuration, administration, and architecture.
• Ability to debug code and solve complex problems across modules.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• TRM, FSCM, and Asset Management experience.
• SAP certification.
• Consulting experience.
• Experience with localization and global implementations.
