Support Engineer, SAP MM / WM / eWM (Evergreen)

Overview

Provide remote support for mission-critical SAP applications across MM, WM, and eWM in highly configured and integrated SAP 4.x and ECC environments. Diagnose complex issues, develop fixes, and support customers as part of a global team.

What you'll do

• Resolve complex customer issues through methodical troubleshooting.
• Configure and advise on SAP MM, WM, and eWM functionality.
• Support Brazilian and Mexican tax, regulatory, and localization processes.
• Develop, test, package, and deliver application break fixes.
• Manage critical incidents in a 24x7x365 support organization.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, diagnostic tools, and knowledge-sharing materials.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong expertise in MM and either WM or eWM.
• 5+ years supporting application end users in a corporate environment.
• Experience with MM-WM and MM-eWM integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting customized environments with Z routines, user exits, and enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Nice to have

• SAP certification(s).
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of multiple SAP modules across SAP 4.x and ECC releases.
