Overview
Provide remote support for mission-critical SAP applications, specializing in SAP MM and eWM for global clients using 4.x and ECC environments.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex SAP application issues and critical incidents.
- Configure and explain SAP eWM and MM functionality and best practices.
- Support Brazil-specific MM localizations, including Nota Fiscal and tax calculation.
- Develop or coordinate application fixes for critical product defects.
- Support client customizations and provide best-practice guidance.
- Collaborate with virtual teams and customers in a 24x7x365 support organization.
- Create knowledge-sharing materials, diagnostic tools, runbooks, and solution documentation.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with MM/eWM.
- 5+ years supporting application end users in a corporate environment.
- Experience with MM-eWM integration, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Experience with customized environments, including Z routines, user exits, and enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and under SLA-driven conditions.
Nice to have
- SAP certification.
- Spanish language skills.
- Consulting, localization, or global implementation experience.
- Knowledge of multiple SAP modules across 4.x and ECC releases.
